2008 EPAC Kid's Theater Workshop
REGISTRATION

Due to anticipated enrollment numbers, we cannot reserve your on line enrollment in the EPAC Kids'  Theater Workshop
until we receive your payment. 

Tuition is $195 per semester, due at registration. 

This is a 14 week program-kids must complete both semesters in order to participate in the final production!

A Family discount of $175 per child is available for more than one child in the same family.
 
Payment must be received within 7 days or your enrollment will be considered void.

IMPORTANT:  If your child has any special circumstances or medical conditions, please speak with Pat Foti directly prior to registration.

1. Register on-line now (scroll down for registration form). 
   (Payment must be received within 7 days of online registration).
   

2. Or IN-PERSON at the EPAC Theater 102 Washington Ave., Endicott. - Monday - Friday, from 10 AM until 6 PM.
   (Payment must be made at time of registration.) 
   

3. OR,  you can register BY MAIL by printing the registration form below and sending it along with your check for $195.00, 
   payable to "EPAC" to:
   The Endicott Performing Arts Center
   102 Washington Avenue
   Endicott, NY 13760
   (Payment MUST accompany registration form.)
    

4. By PHONE by calling EPAC at 607-785-8903. 
   (If registering by phone, payment must be made via VISA or MC at the time of registration.)

Class Schedule   

• Classes begin Saturday, January 5, 2008!  
  

• ALL classes are held twice each week and are 2 hours long each.  
  

• Please note that class times and sizes may vary depending on enrollment.
   

• A Family discount rate of $175 per child will apply to siblings living the same household.
  

• Unless otherwise noted, all classes are held at the theatre regardless of weather
  (Unless a state of emergency has been declared).
   

• Please note your child's age group and plan to have them attend accordingly:
