EPAC Idol, Jan 28 - Feb 4, 2012

The 2012 edition of the EPAC Idol competition is coming soon with auditions at the EPAC Robert Eckert Theater on January 28 and the semi-finals and finals being held at the theater on February 3 and 4.

 

There was a tremendous crowd last year and in order to accommodate the anticipated audience, the semi-finals have been broken up into two sessions, both on February 3.

In addition to the usual ticket, usher, and concessions needs, volunteers are also needed to help set up, staff, and clean up for the post-finals reception on Saturday evening, February 4. Anyone interested in helping with the reception, please contact Kevin Yeager at kyeageresq@aol.com.

 

We can use help as indicated below. Concessions volunteers need to arrive at the theater 1 ˝ hours prior to the performance. All other volunteers need to arrive at the theater 1 hour prior to the performance. Note that the Ticket Seller/Box Office must have been trained on the EPAC system. Also, a Ticket Ripper and an Usher assist in concessions at intermission.
