We are an independent, 501 (c) 3 public service organization. The BCAC promotes a thriving arts community, essential to the quality of life in Broome County. We strive to advance the awareness and value of the arts through advocacy, fundraising, grant making, services and programs. The mission of the Chenango County Council of the Arts is to support and encourage participation in and appreciation of the arts and humanities in Chenango County. In an effort to increase access to a greater quality of life, the Arts Council is continuously seeking ways to expand and enhance its outreach into the greater Chenango County community.
Cobblestone Crossing has performed for audiences of 40 to 4,000, for private parties to opening for The Kingston Trio. You will hear music by American & Irish folk groups, like The Kingston Trio, Peter, Paul & Mary, Bill Staines, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, John Denver, The Clancy's, Tommy Makem with or without the Clancys, Woody Guthrie, Lightfoot, The Limeliters, The Irish Rovers, The Weavers, along with many instrumental tunes. There's even a light touch of bluegrass, country and an up tempo spiritual or two.
Heather Esposito Photography specializes in custom portrait and wedding photography including, babies, children, maternity, families, weddings and special events. Based in Vestal, NY and serving the upstate area & northern Pennsylvania.
Our videographer's website. Bob Huckabone has a cable channel program each Wednesday at 6:00 PM on Cable Channel 4. Many times, he will have an EPAC video on the show.
Pat Kane is a seasoned showman, being a singer, dancer, actor, and instrumentalist since childhood. On his farm in the hill country of the Canisteo River, he was raised in the traditions of the Grange and of his Irish family. Pat’s cousins still run the family farm in West Clare, Ireland, which Pat visits often. Hence, the name of the band, and his company, West o’Clare.
Dan Kermidas is an EPAC alumnus and has done lots more dancing since he left EPAC. Tim (and his wife Amanda) have held a number of comedy improv workshops at EPAC and appeared in a number of EPAC productions. Tim also directed "The Woman In Black" at EPAC. A friend of the arts and a VERY fun man!
More fun than drinking martinis at a tractor pull! They are the “li’l big band” that’s busy ripping up the pea-patch with their very own strain of hayseed jazz. Armed with fiddle, finger-style guitar and two voices, My Sweet Patootie is an old-fashioned shotgun wedding of cool uptown swing and rural Ontario grit. Mark S. Tucker of the Folk & Acoustic Music Exchange (FAME) describes them as “a world of string wizardry”.
The Preservation Association of the Southern Tier. The mission of PAST is to preserve our local heritage by promoting and protecting places of historic, architectural and cultural significance. EPAC is proud to have received a 2006 Historic Preservation Award from this organization.

Stagewhispers is theatrical resource website, dedicated to live theater, and the production companies and actors within a 2 and 1/2 hour radius of Binghamton. Its access and use is totally free to all ~ professional and non-professional theatres and the public. Run by our good friend Mickey Ray

Tom DeForest is our own contact and set up person for the EPAC sound system. In addition, he runs his own sound business (Dynamite Music), builds web sites for hire and sells Duracell ProCell batteries for wireless microphones to the sound and theater communities in the area.
