DANCE STORIES, the resident dance company of the Endicott Performing Arts Center (EPAC), presents “THE FACTORY: Reflections on Andy Warhol” on February 17th and 18th at 8PM and Sunday, February 19th at 3PM at EPAC’s Robert Eckert Theater located at 102 Washington Avenue, in Endicott.
“THE FACTORY” is an experimental multimedia sensory event merging dance with theatre, music and art. The show features choreography by Kim Cook, Emily Foti, Patrick Foti, Paul Gordon, Vivake Khamsingsavath, René Neville, Ariel Pilar, Erin Saddlemire and Susan Schneider. Featured music includes songs by Lou Reed, John Cale, the Vitamin String Quartet, Tok Tok Tok and Martini Lounge. Local artists have contributed their work and video art to recreate the work space used by Andy Warhol and his superstars in the avant-garde world of NYC pop art. Each performance will be followed by an artist's reception in the EPAC café.
Tickets for “The Factory” are $15 Adults, $12 Seniors (65 & over) and children (12 & Under), general admission and can be purchased by phone at 607-785-8903, at the EPAC Box Office from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday or by clicking on the TICKETS button at the right.
