Teen Session (13-18 years of age)
Intensive Workshop: 1 PM - 3 PM
Recap/Question and Answer: 3 – 3:30 PM
Students MUST prepare 32 bars of a song of their choosing, and arrive ready to work.
Each student will receive one on one coaching from NYC professionals.
Due to the personal coaching style, class size is limited to SIX students.
Although, this class is designed for our younger actors, it will contain all the components of a true NYC Master Class!
Cassie is an actress and singer from Broome County currently living in NYC. She has sung at many venues around the country, as well as toured Japan twice as a soloist with Disney On Classic and the Orchestra Japan. Regional credits: The Muny, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, and the Tour of Daryl Roth Production’s Stars of David. She is also a member of Transcendence Theatre Co, in Sonoma, CA. Cassie is a proud graduate from the Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, with a BFA in Musical Theatre.
Melissa Rose Hirsch is a New York City based actor, singer, and writer. She is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College and has been seen in various Off-Broadway musicals and concerts in and around NYC. Her craft mostly focuses on the development and creation of new works. Melissa is a proud member of TheBringAbout, a dance collective that collaborates with new musicals while still in the early stages of development. Melissa is also the co-writer of Bradical and The Pink Socks, a new musical that brings gender and mental health center stage to empower young audiences.
