Help EPAC Create a Spooktacular Family Friendly Haunted Tour for Halloween! First meeting Oct. 4th (info and details)

We are looking for decorators, volunteers, performers, and donors to help EPAC bring this thrilling vision to life. Whether you can lend some animatronics, have a talent for setting up decorations with special effects, or just want to help with the setup, there’s a place for you in this exciting project. Here’s how you can get involved:

Decorators!

We want your creative touch creating spooky environments! Tasks might include crafting themed displays, or possibly installing eerie lighting to set a thrilling mood.

Volunteers!

We're looking for volunteers to help with event setup and operations. Responsibilities might include constructing the sets, managing guest flow during the tour, or handing out Halloween Candy.

Performers!

We are seeking performers to enhance the haunted experience by portraying spooky characters; your creativity will make a big difference.

Donors!

If you have Animatronics, Decorations, or Halloween-related items that you could share, we would greatly value your contributions. Store bought Halloween Candy, and Monetary donations are also welcome to help with the costs of materials and supplies needed for the event.

First Meeting Details!

To kick off this exciting project, we will hold our first meeting at EPAC on Saturday, October 4th at noon. This gathering will be a chance to brainstorm ideas, discuss options, and see how you can participate in this awesome EPAC fundraising event for Halloween.
