The 2026 EPAC Victory Troupe will start accepting registrations March 1st. There will be open enrollment until the workshop starts May the 4th. This all inclusive Theatrical Program for people with Special Needs will meet every Monday for 7 weeks, and put on a full Stage Show on June 28th at the Endicott Performing Arts Center, located at 102 Washington Ave. Endicott, NY.
This all Inclusive Musical Theater Workshop is an educational program for people with Special Need. All Ages and Abilities are WELCOME! With classes meeting for 7 weeks, (Mondays 5pm—6:30pm) May 4th—June 22nd, 2026 and a LIVE performance at EPAC, Sunday June 28th.
The Victory Troupe TUITION cost is $75 (Per student)
Limited Financial assistance is available for those who qualify
CLASS SCHEDULE:
Mondays (5pm—6:30pm)
7 Weeks
No class on Monday, May 25th—Memorial Day
Rehearsal Materials will be provided by EPAC

All Inclusive Musical Theater Workshop for people with special needs and talents.
Personal Aids and individual support is recommended and encouraged.
You will receive Rehearsal Materials, (Sheet Music and Digital Music) in the workshop.
All costumes will be provided with the exception of footwear and basic black & white clothing (black pants/white shirts).
Repeated unruly behavior by students will be discussed with parents and guardians directly. Continued unruly behavior may result in the student being removed from the Victory Troupe Workshop. There will be no refunds for students who are removed because of unruly behavior.
Once registered, if a student withdraws from the EPAC Victory Troupe prior to classes beginning, refunds are calculated by deducting a $25 registration fee. Once classes begin, tuition is non refundable.
Once Registered you will have the opportunity to sign up for, optional additional performances, events, and EPAC fundraisers. These are NOT included in the tuition of the program, and are meant to enhance the theatre workshop experience.
