EPAC is celebrating it's 20th Anniversary this year, and what better news than that of receiving $135,000 of State Funding through the Greater Binghamton Fund for the purchase of a new EPAC Marquee Sign. This Digital Message Center is just part of the larger effort to enhance the Washington Ave. Business district of Endicott. EPAC has been a staple in the Endicott iDistrict for 20 years and has seen many changes over that time. EPAC has been supported by many local foundations and arts councils over the years. This is the most exciting news we've had on a state level in a long time, and can't wait to start seeing the positive changes take place.
